established a universal standard, stating that digital technology and environments, such as websites, conventional electronic documents including PDFs, and mobile applications, must be accessible under Title II of the ADA.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Websites and mobile apps must conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.<\/li>\n<li>Conventional electronic documents, such as PDFs, presentations, and other digital documents must be accessible, conforming with WCAG 2.1 AA.<\/li>\n<li>Alternate formats of communications\u2014including braille and reflowed large print\u2014must be made available upon request and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Organizations must\u00a0retain\u00a0records of those who request alternative formats of communication and provide them
